Return Policy

Return Period

Our return period is 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this period.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be present
• The proof of purchase must be included with the return

Return Exceptions

The following items are excluded from returns:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items with signs of use or damage
• Hygiene products and sealed items whose seal has been opened

3. 3 Pack the item carefully in the original packaging
4. 4 Send the package to:

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed:

• The refund will be made to the original payment method
• Processing time is 5-10 business days
• Shipping costs are not refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

For defective or incorrect items:

• Document the damage with photos
• Send the photos to ask@trailpackly.com
• We will arrange free return shipping
